Will there EVER be a day in my life...depression free?

Dose this even exist?

Girl, YES!!!

I think everybody goes through a period or even periods of depression where you just feel absolutely un-needed and alone, etc. This is definitely a PHASE, especially if you're normally not this way.

How long have you been depressed is the question? It might be phsycological issue where your brain's endorphins are unbalanced. I'm not one to run to medicine for everything, but some medicines DO help this issue.

Find something that you're really good at, or find something you want to become really good at: singing, dancing, volunteering *doing something nice for other people can make you feel SO good about yourself and your contributions!!*, get out the house and find something you're good at!!! Don't let depression take over your life.... YOU take control of your life. If it persists, you might wanna go see somebody about it.

Good luck!! Try to think positive!!! :)

Yeah, you just have to look past all the negative, forget the haters, and let them give you motivation. Do what you want in life, and just don't let people get in your way. Be who you want, and don't let anything stop you. Being sad wastes time, when you could be doing something that you like. : )

YES!!! I have major depressive disorder, and with therapy and the right meds, I have most days depression free now. I used to think I would always be depressed, but I am not. I am a little worried that you may be giving up hope. If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself, get help now...don't wait.

Yeah, there's bound to be a day that's depression free. If everyday seems depressing to you, then you might have a depression disorder. You should go to your doctor and ask what they recommend for it, & once you take what they give you, you'll be feeling like a million bucks.
hope i helped (:

that is up to you. if you always find things to be depressed than no there will never be a day that you arent depressed. if you just go and live your life the results go up sky high

Yes, but you may need to reach out an ask for help to make it happen. If you've already done that, then you may need to reach elsewhere or be more persistent.

After you kill youself, everyday. :]

Sorry, but the answer is no.

yes it does

just dont think of the things that bother you
