If you have no environmental grounds to be depressed (example, death of a pet - higher than usual stress) than you may have problems with clinical depression. If you have insurance, get into a doctor who can help you. If you have no insurance, there are usually community clinics who will help you for free or on a sliding income scale (very cheap). If you call your local hospital, they should be able to give you information on where your local community clinic is.

If you think you're depressed, sometimes the symptoms can get worse over time so it's best to get help as soon as possible. Sometimes symptoms of depression can cause you to not want to get help - so just try to remember if you do something about it, you WILL feel better eventually! Good luck

Anger can stem from feeling anxious and upset from the things that are causing you to be depressed. You may want to lash out at those you feel are causing your depression, or aren't helping you to feel better. It happens, you just have to realize what it is that is happening, and try to keep it in check.
