caroline, your answer was completely false.

thank you to everyone else who posted decent answers already

I used St Johns Wart and Vitamin B while I was going through some stressful times. They helped me a lot. I quit taking them once things balanced out again.........

I would recommend them.

Good Luck To You

Hi I bought some St. Johns Wort pills a few months ago. It will take a few weeks to get it in your system. I haven't been taking them regularly since it seems like they make me really irritable. But it's worth a shot! I also like them because you can just buy them and no one asks you anything about it and you don't have to be 18 or anything so it let me get help for myself.

they do work, but they take time to get into the system, as do the prescription medicines. sometimes taking a b complex helps too, it relieves stress, which in turn often helps alleviate depression symptoms.

first of fall,
pills cant sure dperession,
and some depression pills,

can get you addicted. and they will make you not care about things, like paying bills, health, and others.

Honestly the best thing you can do to help depression naturally is to exercise. When you exercise your body produces endorphins which are natures mood elevators.

st johns works just as well as prozac minus the side effectives you can self medicate without a dr or script just follow the directions its available over the counter and it wont break the bank
