Marijuana and depression?

This is a new studies findings. But, at high doses, it has the exact opposite effect, lowering serotonin and making you feel worse. At low doses, it actually boosts serotonin. My question: what is a low dose of smoking cannabis, is it feeling any intoxication at all, not feeling anything, etc. How many hits should one take, when to stop, etc, to help depression. Obviously a high dose is stoned and impaired. But what exactly is a low dose and how does one achieve it when smoking? Is this even true?
Thank you

The person above me is a complete moron.

Weed doesn't affect the brain, cept for memory loss and you can't get addicted.

I have depression and I've noticed it really helps me cope with it.

Dude come one, it depends on the prson, everybody is different.

It also depends on the weed.

I usually smoke 1/4th of a bowl of White Rhino (Extremely potent weed) and get high, usually three hits.

I sometimes smoke 1/2 bowl and get BLASTED hahahaha, but I've noticed the same positive affect on my depression with bith doses.

Hope this helps!

Pot will affect different people differently. Some will think it's the best thing ever. Some will find it annoying. However, the common denominator in all of the potheads is that their brain is permanently affected. Lung cancer increases. Body development/white blood cells all but stop working. Is it really worth it for a couple minute high? trying to escape this world?

Will you die? Maybe. Maybe not. It's your call, honey, not mine.
