Get help for anorexia and depression?

Last year I recovered from anorexia. But I have been feeling really depressed for months now and I feel like I'm going to relapse. I'm going on holiday in two days and I really don't think I can cope with it;
should I tell my mum how I feel?
I feel like I'm letting my family down, but I just feel so low, I don't think I can go on the holiday

Yes you should open when you tell your mom. Be brief. I always support you.

Perhaps you should follow this strategies:
Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get depress and angry easily
Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat your past experience on yourselve
Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize a eggs"
Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time
Good Luck.

Telling your mom will definitely help prevent a relapse. Although you may feel like you're letting your family down, they would really appreciate it if you told them so that they could help you. What would really let them down is if you didn't say anything to them and let it get back to the way it was, then it would take a lot more time to heal the second time around, and they would wish that you would've told them sooner.

Trust me :).

You would be doing the right thing to tell them how you feel. It would let them down worse to think everything is fine and find out later that you relasped because of something they could have been there for you.

Try it out... all you can do is hope.

your in a dificult situation! im anorexic well i would be classed as endos so i dont knwo what the recovering thing is like but if your worried about it then it might be best to tell your fmaily if you dont want to go down that route again! i know its hard i cant tell my fam ne thing but if they will help you then go for it ok!

Yes i deff think you should tell your mom. Thats the only way you will recover by getting help..If you keep it to yourself you will just get worst and worst. Hang in there hun. You can make it just get help.

Tell your mom. Sometimes just telling someone is all you need to feel better. She might be able to get you help or keep an eye on you so you dont relapse again. Good luck to you hun. I have the same issue..
