What is difference between depression and stress? |
dont worry trustbuster i wont do it......... Depression is when you expected better. Stress is what you knew the pressures would be. In love we can expect unreal things and get depressed. stress will go away after the event has happened. eg-stress about an exam, will disappear once the exam is over. depression was resolved by Roosevelt with his New Deal plan Depression is a specific condition. Depression is a state of mind of giving up, stress is a normal part of life, can be positive or negative, a life without any kind of stress would drive you crazy from boredom, think about it. well depression in bad and stress is not that bad at all. Depression is when you are really sad and generally you just feel like everything is going completely wrong. Stress can be a contributing factor to Depression, Depression is a disorder that leads to stress, when a person is said to have Depression he/she goes through stress and not Depression. Stress is something that may happen to you. stress usually comes and goes...depression is long lasting most of the time...you don't sleep well..you don't want to do anything... stress is when there is so much to do with little time and you have to pack it all in or something Stress comes and goes, depression can be with someone for a while. |
