Has anyone tried hypnosis for depression? Does it work? Is it for real?

Has anyone tried hypnosis for depression? Does it work? Is it for real?

Hypnosis IS REAL,but won't be nearly enough to help because it doesn't fix the problem completely. Most people are depressed
because they don't understand why they are depressed, so they are actually depressed about being depressed.

The way to fight it effectively is to attack your depression with positive emotions you create not positive thoughts . Your answers are withing the depression. Separate your emotions, thoughts and problems. Then find positive emotions that mean that you will avoid each specific problem in the future.

The trick is to find ways to create positive emotions and those positive emotions will create positive thoughts.

Get it? You are in orbit of negative emotions and you will change your orbit into the orbit of positive emotions.

You are now hypnotized to be happy. Now go watch a funny movie as it boosts your immune system!

Good luck!

Haven't tried... But from what I read hypnosis is really working for many kind of problems. When you're listening to hypnosis tape you fall in kind of trance(You won't notice anything around you expect for sounds etc. that may break your trance. This may happen without hypnosis also and isn't dangerous in any ways)
and after listening everything is somewhere in back of your head
and you start acting like it. There've been much talking about whether hypnosis is safe or not so if you're not really sure about this I wouldn't play with my mind

In depression it is really hard to hypnotize others. As because patient's concentration is very much required in hypnosis, which is lacking at that particular time. In fact one of the major sign of recovering depression is regaining concentration.

Hypnosis isn't real its doesn't work because it isn't real and yeah that answers your question.

i dont believe its real i havent tried it though.
