Depression and panic attacks?

I was wondering how Depression and panic attacks is diagnosied. I suffered from both when I was younger, and my father thought I was faking both. It has all came back, since my husband left for Iraq. I know I need help, I just don't know what to do.

Well if you are not on medication i would use some with consueling. I'm on Zoloft and it has worked well im only 16 years old and am on antidepressants. Best of Luck!
