Yes... so is Vitamin B6 and St. John's wort... they won't work overnight, give it a cople weeks... you would be amazed at the differences you will notice though. and try to get outside more, even if it's just to go for little walks here and there.

I know it's very good for brain, but have never heard it being used for ADD. I is supposed to lift your mood, but if you have moderate to severe depression, I suggest you need to be on medication.
Take 6000mg spread throughout the day. Take with food.
You might want to try 5-HTP also.

As a part of the treatment I took it among many other things. It wouldn鈥檛 harm definitely. Will it help you to treat your depression along? It is highly unlikely.

yes. Go to whole foods and get the omega mood.
It has been proven to help your mood. I notice a difference when i take it.
