I cry for no reason sometimes, what should I do before I get depression?

I cry for no reason sometimes, what should I do before I get depression?

Would you like a simple answer? It may sound crazy and you may think that I am, but I assure you that I am not, even though I have been told worse at times, LOL.

Cry!!! Embrace and experience your emotions!! They are a part of you and perfectly normal. There is a reason that you are crying...you just haven't figured it out yet! Your body is cleansing your soul.

If you are able to experience your emotions without letting them rule your thoughts, you will not be depressed. Most depression is a state of mind where you are consumed by your emotions. It is perfectly NORMAL for you to cry. Sometimes you will cry more, sometimes less. If you beat yourself up over it and feel guilty for it, it will consume you. If you experience it and move on, you will OWN it!!

Make sense? I hope so! Love yourself for the wonderful person that you are! Good luck and I hope I have helped.

Find things that make you truely happy.
Talk to a counselor.
Friends.
Find things that make you more comfortable.
Truely look within yourself.
That's the key.

:]

Cry is best way for you show you'r emotion,if you'r heart is full of depression ,so allow you'r body choose way for relaxation.

Its okay to cry, as long as it does not interfere with you day-to-day life. Crying can be very therapeutic. It will stop eventually.
