Is there any way to get rid of depression?

without medication and counseling.

I am so sorry if your feeling depressed. For me, anytime depression tries to creep into me. I just remember that Jesus died for my sins, and He loves me and will take me to heaven when I die! I am worth so much to Him and He loves me more than I love my own daughter! that seems so unbelievable to me because I feel so unlovable and undeserving. But the most amazing part is that I don't have to be GOOD ENOUGH for God or be anything, He created you who you were and is waiting with open arms. With prayer and Bible reading and faith, and thankfulless and joy to God for giving me this huge gift! I have found depression cannot thrive. I truly hope that you feel better.

I write out what I'm feeling. I throw out all those punctuation rules and gramatical guidelines, too, because there's no way that they'll help get rid of the emotions.

I also find a reason to laugh. Laughing just gets rid of all those clouds over my head.

I've heard that excercise helps.
