Good luck! :) For me it has to be the complete lack of self-esteem for many yrs. followed by a severe inability to fall asleep. When I would sleep I would have constant nightmares where I 'm fighting different people that have hurt me during my life. I'm a person that stuffs everything to keep from hurting peoples feelings at a cost to myself. I hate doctors, but I've just got to the point where I had to go after my last bout of nightmares. I have been taking Trazodone (Desyrel) 100 mg. at night 2 hrs before bedtime. I have gotten the best sleep that I've ever had in 7yrs. Withdrawen from people, women included, please visit your doctor, he can help, good luck :) By the way this drug is for both depression & anxiety. Problems with sleep (either you're sleeping all the time or you can't sleep very well); change in eating habits causing drastic weight loss or gain; loss of interest or pleasure in activities that were once fun; lack of sexual desire; persistent sad, anxious or empty moods; general pessimism; take responsibility for things you have no control over, feeling guilty; feeling helpless or hopeless; worthlessness; irritable; lack of concentration; poor memory; trouble making decisions; decreased energy, major fatigue; headaches and digestive problems; suicidal thoughts and thoughts of hurting yourself; withdrawal from family and friends.
