Can anyone recommend specific brands for St John's wort that have seen positive results for mild depression? |
FDA does not regulate US made St Johns so regardless of what the company says, we have no way of knowing 100% what is in the herb. I was on a more expensive brand for about 8 weeks but am not sure if I seen positive results or not as I was dealing with loss of a loved one and other issues at the time. I have been off SJW for probably a couple of months now and am wanting to get back on it. Thanks I had great results on Kira, manufactured by the German company Lichtwer. It's been used for clinical trials. |
