Is severe and constant bottled anger a sign of depression? Yes it is a sign of unmanaged depression. People project their rage at themselves on to others. This kind of anger is usually built when anger/stress is built upon anger/stress, i.e when the adrenelin in the body hasn't had time to subside. Even small things that make us angry can escalate into a full blown rage if we don't relax after each adrenelin release. Something is troubling you, and you are not dealing with the root cause. Eventually such anger will turn in on itself, then you may suffer a depression. no but it could be a sign that you need to find a way to let out your anger because anger can make you feel depressed it is a pretty sucky feeling. Some techniques to help relieve anger is screaming in a pillow, buying bubble wrap and jumping on it, writing in a diary, listening to relaxing music or even just telling someone about it. |
