How can I get rid of depression? |
I'm fourteen. I don't want to take herbs or medicines cause I'm too young and I know my parents can't afford it. Are there any kinds of foods or other things I can do to get rid of it? Chocolate has natural anti-depressants in the cocoa. Dark chocolate has more of the good stuff, but some people don't like the less-sugary taste. I love it. Find someone who makes you happy or something you can invest time and care into that will not bite you in the ***.
