How can you help a loved one who obviously has major depression if he/she refuses to receive treatment? |
How can you help a loved one who obviously has major depression if he/she refuses to receive treatment? If it's major enough that the person is in danger of injuring himself or someone else, then you could get them committed involuntarily. Unfortunately, if it's pure depression, they need to admit they have a problem. You might try an intervention with other loved ones. |
