How do you shake the feeling of lonelyness & depression off? |
lately ive been really lonely & depressed & i dont know why really. I mean i dont like feeling this way but i dont know how to keep my mind off of it. any suggestions? It's not always easy to deal with, and I kinda feel the same way right now, but life goes up and down, I recommend just going out one night and relaxing, even see a movie by yourself, walk through a mall, it's not the funnest, and yes it's kinda weird being by your self, but it gives you some time to think about things and get out of the house. Also, just go talk to someone, doesn't have to be about how your feeling necessarily, but talk to someone, even a stranger, make a friend, it's tough, but you can do it! :-) Is it because something has 'triggered' it? If you know what's causing it, one way is to face your fears and what's bugging you by confronting it. But it's generally something you can just shrug off. |
