How long will a mental ward keep me if I have Psychotic Depression? |
I heard they will only keep a person 3 days or so. till they feel you are safe from hurting yourself or others, and you are stabilized...but-->you can always "sign yourseldf out against doictors orders"(you sign a paper,,and witrhin three days they have to let you out by law. the mental ward is bad place to be. If not crazy going in will coming out. but as for how long do you spend it all depends how bad off they think you are . Depends on how bad it is. Usually before you are release a doctor or psychologist will examine u and ask questions and they will determine if its ok for u to go home yet... Just long enough to perform the labotomy It really depends on how long you act like it if you start to act normal you should be out less than a week. Depends on you. Behave well and they let you out sooner. 72 hours |
