Stuff about depression? |
have u ever suffered from it? and how did u finally overcome it and leave it behind you? also did u ever tell anyone about it? ha Galaythr R are they like gurus? the link thing didnt go through so im just guessing. but yeah i already have a guru i guess. To start with I didn't understand what was wrong, I just wasn't happy. I changed jobs thinking that was the problem, but it wasn't. I would make these really big sales & then go back to my car sitting there crying. I finely had to checked myself into a treatment center where I found I was in major depression. The treatment center tried to help, but God pulled me out of it. Find someone to pray for you, one on one. If there is anyway I can help e-mail me through Yahoo answers. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder 2 years ago. It took a year of scary medical issues to figure out that the anxiety was the real cause. I take anti depressants to control the anxiety. It has made a world of difference for me. I know a few people who have depression and it is a long struggle. It is not something that comes and just disappears. If so - it is 'the blues' and not true depression. You should talk to a Dr. to see if meds. would help you - talking to a therapist is always good too. Yes - I did tell people about it, (I did not broadcast it, but close friends and family were ok in my opinion). It helps that people know what you are going through and that you can talk to them about it - and also so they know whats going on and do not take something to heart that may be part of your symptoms. Yes, I suffered from it, I beat it, and this is the 12 step guide I created that not only helped me through it but I've helped 2 friends with it. yip well i was never aficaly diicnosed but was depresed. yup I suffered from it.... it got really really bad for about a year during HS and I just kept telling myself that it has to get better... and that sooner or later it will.... as an adult I gave in and went tot he doctor and got put on meds for it.... finally now after 2 years I am med free, and for the most part depression free... I changed my mind set and the way I look at things.... if you really need to talk... Email me TNseacat@yahoo.com or look me up on messanger.... Yes, everyone could tell because everything that was important to me got severely messed up. Job, friendships, some family relationships. Just keep going forward..... look forward to the future, focus on things that you really enjoy. i'm not sure if i did, last year, my family went through drama and hell, and i was just feeling soo sad all time, but i don't know, i mean i still feel like that half the time...but i think im getting better http://www.dbsalliance.org well when i suffered from it one of my friends slapped me and said "stop being stuch a boring pussy" and i dunno why it just ended I made my self busy, started to go out more and joined the gym and made more friends. |
