Does depression effect physical appearance?

i mean like facial features? i know it could make you lose or gain weight...

I would say that it would have no effect on facial features. And people who are depressed don't necessarily frown all of the time. Some people can hide it well. As far as the weight, I could see depression affecting it. Depression might lower the amount of physical activity that one performs.

Well i think that if you are sad you show emotion with your face, well deppression you show alot of emosion with your face...creating wrinkles

facial features, other than frown and wrinkles no, and yeas can make you gain or lose weight.
