Morning and Evening Depression? |
I feel very depressed normally every morning i wake up, then it passes in a few hours, then I feel very depressed when evening comes. When you wake up in the morning, try to think of something positive to focus on. Think about what you have to look forward to during the day, In the evening, think about something positive that happened to you during the day and be thankful for that. Focus on the good things in your life instead of just focusing on how depressed you are. You didn't say if you are on an anti-depressant or not. That might be something you need to try. If you aren't on on try St. John's Wort and some Vitimin B Complex. Vitimin B is a natural anti-depressant and makes St. John's Wort work better. When you get up in the morning, don't just lounge about, find something productive to do to get your mind working. I suggest waking up early. Or you can go to a doctor and get an antidepressant. |
