Depression: Why can't people just get over it? There is really nothing to get over, depression is bull shi t , nothing more than a get rich scheme for shrinks, councellors etc,and most of all, drug companies..... preying on weak people,feeding them bullshi t and drugs that make them feel worse and need more. Because it is a mental disease and because they do not know how.It is caused by energetic imbalance in their brain. Some people cannot just get over it. it takes a lot of times antidepressents and psychiatric drugs. Depression is not like a light switch that you can just turn on and off. it is not a character flaw. they are not doing it for attention. sometimes it is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain and if considered a real mental illness Because they have a chemical imbalance in the brain which sends mixed signals. Therefore they can't think rationally enough to overcome it. because doctors wants you to be sick so they can prescribe medication to you. because when people are eaten by negative thoughts its just hard to see the light. Your body needs to be in proper balance to get over it. Meditation works wonders I think they must be weak and pathetic thats why. |

There is really nothing to get over, depression is bull shi t , nothing more than a get rich scheme for shrinks, councellors etc,and most of all, drug companies..... preying on weak people,feeding ... well very mobile life, does kinda suck. well im guessing your no fool,so trying to find other friends and not letting yourself be used has occured to you. my other advice is to (sorry its got to be... depression feels like it never goes away. actually to be honest, im 13, and currentlyy depressed. i have been depressed many many many times. its like a cycle. and it some how goes away. it always ... it depends on what you mean by not looking after yourself, if your not eating much then your more likely to get ill, if you don't wash or keep yourself warm, your body will give up from too mu... There are many things you can do to help treat your depression. Moderate exercise for at least 20 - 30 minutes, daily, and up to an hour. Brisk walking is good, and try to be mindful of the feel... I have depression, and it's nothing you can understand unless you've got it. She shouldn't assume that she has depression, she needs to find out from a counselor or a doctor. You can... congrats, your now a vampire coon ...This is a lot of hits for even someone who does not have a tendency to get depressed to take. Start taking your meds again and see a therapist and psychiatrist, ASAP. Also, join a support group... |
