Can Anti-Depressants actually cause Depression & Anxiety? |
I have been taking Anti-Depressants for nearly 2 years now, and have decided to slowly come off the the tablets, as I have had this gut instinc for a while now that the reason I am ill with Depression and Anxiety is because of the tablets? I would be interested to hear if anybody else took that chance and came off the tablets, and actually found they were better without them? You cannot come off them just like that--cold. You have to ease them off, less and less. How's your basic anxiety & depression? Are you coping? Do you know for sure? Once you're off you'll really know and do you have the coping mechanisms in place for both diagnosis? Thanks for choosing mine as BA! Start to learn some anxiety reducing techniques and also non-drug things you can do for depression. You really can handle this but it does take a lot of work to keep it under control. They can make you feel worse which is why almost all of them come with a warning that says: if you feel more depressed or anxious or have more suicidal thoughts, please tell your physician. Antidepressants can have the opposite effect. It depends on a product. I've been using Relora Max for 8 months. It helps me greatly and have no side effects (all natural) |
