Has anyone ever had side effects from Panicyl? Are there any? Is this good for anxiety/mild depression? ?

I'm a Panicyl user and I have had zero side effects. Prior to finding Panicyl I was taking antidepressants and the side effects from the drug I was taking (Paxil) made me sick all the time. In my case I had no choice but to find a non-drug option.

To answer your 2nd question it has been great for my anxiety. I still get a little stressed on occassion (who doesn't) but my anxiety and panic attacks have disappeared. As far as depression goes I really can't tell you since I only had anxiety disorder.

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.
