Which is easier to deal with, anxiety or depression?

Which is easier to deal with, anxiety or depression?

In my opinion, anxiety is easier to deal with. I say that because if there is something that is making you anxious, you can get away from it. Depression follows you where ever you go.

They both feed into one another--so it's really hard to say! Almost like what came first, the chicken or the egg because with anxiety--you could be feeling so overwhelmed and stressed out, can't do it all--which makes you feel depressed. When you are feeling sad--it makes you wonder why you can't feel better--which leads to anxiety. A constant vicious cycle--none are easy.

From my experiences, you need to treat both!

By the way, I used to love that song!!! Hammer was my very first concert (with TLC and Boyz II Men)--off topic, ha!

I think anxiety is easier to deal with. I have both and the depression is a killer while the anxiety I found good meds to deal with it and help me. The depression on the other hand is harder to find meds that work for and the depression is more overwhelming.

Wow, I don't know..

I have an anxiety disorder..and it is very difficult to deal with, but I'd imagine that depression is also.

I'd say that they are equally disabling and both need to be treated..

It is anxiety which is some what easy to deal.
take it easy. do not worry, be happy. you cannot control everything.

I have both, and I think the anxiety is worse because it keeps me from getting the help I need to deal with either problem.

Anxiety

depression.
