How do you know if what you feel is depression or just something else? |
How do you know if what you feel is depression or just something else? Knowing what the differance is is very difficult. Sometimes, even professionals have a hard time doing that. You have to kind of decide by yourself. Are you feeling much different than you normally are? Like you are numb, and can't stand the world? Is everything overwhelming to you? Those are some huge signs or depression. If you feel that and more, or you feel that and you hear voices or somthing of that sort, then you should deffinatly go see a professional about that. Depression usually has several of these symptoms and lasts more than 2 weeks: serious depression incapacitates you and lasts longer than a few days of the blues. |
