I took this quiz and it told me i was mildy depressed. I realize i cannot rely on this checklist fully, but i have no other leads.

I wish I'd got help sooner, and was surprised how well my doctor dealt with it - he wasn't embarrassed at all (and I was a bit embarrassed myself!), and just laid out my options and let me choose for myself what I wanted to do.

Tell a professional and see what they think - if you don't like the answer then see a different one!
