Suffering severe depression...please help!!!?

I'm leaving my gf of a serious relationship (AS IN SERIOUS) for two years at most because i'm living with my parents in new zealand. Can anyone help me? I'm extremely depress. =`((...I love her soo much and I will really miss her. Plus I have to cope with the cultural differences there. Please, I need you guys!!

It's good that you care so much mate.
But there isn't really much you can do, it's meant to be.
You can still communicate. Write letters, ring each other, talk over the net.

Maybe get some counselling to deal with the depression problem, explaining to your parents even.

When we are faced with many changes at one time,
most people can develop depression.
It is only when a person cannot control their emotions
that they may want to see their doctor, and talk with them
about it. Or, pray. As for me, prayer helps.

P.S. My boss died this week. My son is moving.
My job may leave soon. My finances are low.
So I do know how you feel.

will you be able to write to her? find someone in New Zealand that you can talk to. losing a friend is not always easy. find a guy to talk to - someone who knows how you feel, and will just listen to you when you want to talk, and let you cry on their shoulder. someone who cares.
