How can i help my hubby to fight depression from our old bitter experiences? |
our married life was not good now i want to improve suggest he sees a therapist he can trust and open up to. Also, there are free mental health clinics around town, and he might do well with getting on some antidepressants. |

Get outside , get moving, find an activity / excersise that can make you physically stronger, something fun. Excersise w... no not hallucinate, but you will have wild crazy vivid dreams, cry over nothing, be very sad and probably angry, expect to be overly sensitive, with a peculiar sensitivity to emotional pain ...Ordinary People. He tries to commit suicide and the rest of the movie is about how he slowly gets through his depression with his therapist and stuff. ... yes, u should get help, im just a med student but i've been posted in psychiatric wards as part of my study and a lot of normal people with depression come along... n it may be just mild..but ... Unfortunately one just cannot stop depression. You will have to try various ways and methods and see what works the best for you.
