I suggest you try to eat healthy and exercise, maybe even take vitamins. It sounds stupid, I know, but sometimes, depression is caused by some form of imbalance in your body. Also, exercise causes endorphins which brings up your mood.

Plus, you'll notice feeling much better as far as your health!
