What is burnout how long is recovery and does the experience of depression make u change?

Burnout is the resulting mental & physical exhaustion from pushing yourself to hard. Usually it occurs when people push them selves to hard with work & study but although this is rarely mentioned, it can also occur from extreme mental stress occuring from such neurosis as ocd or agitated depression for example. Symptoms are varied & can include fatigue, exhaustion, palpitations, high blood pressure, lack of interest, muscle ache, derealization, depersonalization, depression, anxiety, panic attacks... I surpose it's a way of describing a mild nervous breakdown ( a completely unnofficial term for a sudden mental illness)
From my own experience, a burnout is a state where one could no longer function optimally because of repetitive chores, stressful events and overcapacity of one's mental, emotional and physical faculties.
When this is recognized early, recovery might be from 2 months to a year. Depression can change one's moods and sometimes one's total outlook in life. Depression can be treated easily by professional help and by indulging in healthy habits like having a balanced diet, regular exercise and diverting the cause of depression.
