Perfectionists face this kind of a problem because they take pains and efforts for even the littlest of things and cant face defeat in any aspect. Instead of getting trapped in the little and small things, sometimes a bigger perspective of life helps. You have done your masters and you would have noticed around you that academic success has little to do with success in life or even with career growth. Your friends who were never toppers may be doing well today. Maybe it is time for you to note down the priorities in your life, what you want to do for a living and what you want to achieve in your life and when; and what gives you happiness. Talk to your parents about your options because often they can see and know you better than you know yourselves and they may have some very nice tips for you. "you are blazing within' means you really want to achieve something big in your life. It is just that you have to channelise your energies correctly. Good luck!
If you haven't, get treatment. If you have, talk to your therapist and/or doctor and change something.
you must eat fresh and natural

avoid anything with yeast, take a herbal anti yeast formula or olive leaf extract

take evening primrose oil with fish oil

have you thought about a herbal consultation or getting your hair analysed??? this is very important

perhaps a course in homeopathy or herbalism would calm your conscience
1.Share your thoughts with parents, friends and relatives.
2.Regulate your day by balanced diet each four hours and water each two hours.
3.Help your parents in household works.
4.Play with any toddler at least an hour a day.
5.Sing loudly whenever you get time, or listen to good music like sitar, sarod, flute and santoor.
6. Have sound sleep of seven hours at night only. Keep your day time active. Avoid late nights.
7. Keep study time early mornings, afternoon, and night only for one and half hour each sitting then take recreation like music, dance, playing, painting etc.
8.Come on, get up be cheerful and get started.
You don't say whether you have gotten any kind of treatment for your depression. That would be the first step. Some therapy, in which you talk about your issues, would probably help you come to terms with the "failure" you mention, and help you get over your feelings of worthlessness, and get on with your life. Self-help books might help, too; you might want to go to a large bookstore and browse that section - see if anything speaks to you. Finally, antidepressants can definitely be effective. Oh, and one more thing - exercise. Even if it's just vigorous walking, exercise can make you feel much better.
You best bet is to seek professional help. Find a good psychologist that can help you deal with your depression. If it gets worse they may recommend a psychiatrist that can prescribe medication. Don't be afraid to get help, so many people suffer with this disease and it is treatable. Sometimes mild depression is self limiting but you have issues that need to be addressed, such the unhappiness with yourself. A professional can put things into perspective and help you sort through the clutter in your head and get to the source. I can tell you from experience that you have to learn to forgive yourself because we are sometimes too tough on ourselves. I know we can live dual life because we are afraid of being judged. The only person you have to love and please, its yourself. Maybe take a breather from your studies and take a look at where you are going and see if what your doing its what you really want. Do not spend a lifetime doing something for the wrong reasons. Good Luck
Concentration and Meditation is the only method to get back.
