Is sleeping all day and staying up all night a sign of depression?

Not necessarily. You're probably just a night person like me. The question is how much do you sleep. Sleep changes in depression involve either hypersomnia (sleeping much more than usual) or insomnia.

nah, its the TV......it has laser eyes which command you to watch all night, causing you to sleep all day.
