Its a natural herbal remedy that does seem to help some people as does Valerian another herb. Having suffered sever clinical depression for several years I would suggest that you see a health professional Depression can be very serious depending on cause and effects what works for one may not work for others it took me 4 years and half a dozen different meds to find one that worked for me.
