Do you think it will help to increase Iron levels to cure my depression?

I feel that my iron intake is pretty low, and is evident by the eye bags that I have and at times the depression that I face. Do you think it is a lack of Iron and vitamins and minerals in my body that I have sympotoms of depression and the eye bags?

Do not take extra iron unless your doctor prescribes it. It is easy to become toxic on too much iron. Check with your doctor he/she has more avenues to deal with depression.
