IN a death of a family member how long can i expect this depression to last its been 6 months now? sorry to hear abt it. there is no time frame u can put on depression.. sometimes u take 1 few mths to a few yrs to get over the death of someone u love so dearly. dun give yrself pressure. take yr time to find the light.. but if it overly affects yr normal life, pls seek help from a fellow family member, or a close frd.. or a doctor.. Possibly a year, but it DOES get better with time. Consider talking to your doctor about it. Take The Homeopathic Remedy AURUM MET 30C thrice a day to get over your grief.Works like a charm. No Side Effects or Complications Take Care and God Bless you I am a Homeopath. it takes time, one day the pain will be less After my mom died, I was depressed for like a year...so I decided to take a bereavement session at Hospice and they said it can take up to 10 years. For me it is coming up on 3 years and though I have my days, it is getting better. Hang in there and consider the Hospice class option. At odd times, the rest of your life, you will still remember the person/ miss them, but as was said earlier, maybe you should talk to a professional grief councilor(it was a little over 6 months for me when last I lost someone) |
