I cannot sleep 2 days what is my problem it is because im suffered depression?

I honestly can't tell you that.
To try to sleep if you want a natural remedy drink warm milk & honey
depression is "common" this time of year, the sun shining is kinda rare, I don't know about for you but it seems to have been a long winter. I am ready for spring and all things that accompany it, flowers, warm temps, etc...
Sounds like you have a lot of things running through your mind. Try to get out and go for a hike or a swim, exert some of that stored energy. Take a walk to the library and check out a good book, works for me sometimes.
Hmm...well, if you're in a bipolar manic state you'd stay up...
Possible, but you need to see a doctor. Two days without sleep is not normal.
We need to know more about your habits, etc. If it is depression you need medication to get you through it. Otherwise establish a routine for bedtime, because a sleeping problem can become a habit. Try a regular time to retire, take a book to read while you have a hot (chocolate) milk drink with lots of honey in it. Then lie still and think nice thoughts. And if you are a believer (or even if you're not) ask God to help.
If you can't sleep and it's been 2 days you need to check a number of things. It could be anything associated with caffeine, sugar, blood pressure etc.... check with your doctor and let him diagnose it.
It is common to have sleeping problem when you are depressed. I had he same problem. At my time, they have not invented melantonin yet.

How to fall asleep:
- melatonin : I took 1-2mg. I have colleagues that take up to 6 mg. The average is about 3mg. This is non additive. Another point is melatonin need no doctor's prescription. You can read more from this site
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/melatonin.....
I have even read from books on melatonin that it is an anti-aging pill. Not bad. You sleep and stop growing old.
- use lavender aromatherapy. Lavender smell help me to sleep after a night shift.

I suggest some alternatives which I used to heal my depression completely:
- Take tyrosine (a component of amino). It helps to boost your energy level and therefore motivate you.
- Take vitamin B & C to fuel your brain and combat stress.
- Get plenty of sun.
- Get plenty of exercise to sweat it out and pump oxygen into your brain. If you jog, run as fast as you can until you are out of breath before you stop.
- Analyze your diet. Not enough water or too much acid.
- Meditate by focusing your thoughts on your breathing. Meditate will strengthen your mind.
- Pray a lot. Have faith in the religion of your choice. Believing that someone powerful is willing to help you, strengthen your belief you will recover.
- Use auto suggestion first and last thing in the day : "Everyday in every way, I am getting better and better." Repeat the sentence any time your are free like traveling or waiting. Record and play it to yourself. Say it with positive feeling.
- Don't take anti-depression pills because the pills makes you sleepy but it does not help.
