What are some foods that I need to stay away from to keep my depression stable??

I suffer from depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, what foods are good to eat to try to keep it under control?

From personal experience i would avoid caffeine don't skip meals so you blood sugar doesn't drop. The physical sensations could cause anxiety. You know your body better than anyone. Some foods cause cramps, gas, bloating if the sensations of digesting foods cause you anxiety or feel similar to anxiety, like say eating raw vegetables, steam them instead. Besides avoiding caffeine and not skipping meals the rest is all about eating a balanced diet to help your body function properly and i have found that getting enough sleep helps with all of this too. When I get too tired I get anxious.
any thing with coffiine or spicy food, and of course the coffe too.

Don't know the answer to that question. I've never really thought about food & depression & anxiety & panic attacks. I just take MEDS to keep my BiPolar under control. Prozac + Tegritol + Seroquel
