I can't talk to people, and feel isolated, which has led me to depression? |
I am 20 and at currently at university, 1st year. I find it very hard to talk to anyone, even though people are very friendly. My mind races and goes blank. This has over time led me to depression for which i am on anti-depressants, and councelling every week. I am loosing really great friends, and interest in everything, and feel like this one problem is ruling my life, and is all i ever think about. I feel like my life is passing me by, and i am hopeless to it. This has caused my uni work to suffer greatly. I love my family but find it hard to even talk to them. Any advice much appreciated Thankyou Recognizing you have a problem and what you are doing to facilitate the symptoms, and going to counseling/meds for treatment is 1/2 the battle Courage and Good Luck Just say anything, like " How about those Saints?" 8 - 4, I hope they beat Dallas. The effect of anti-depressant will be felt after 2 - 4 weeks and you will start to feel lively again. And with conseling or therapy, you will be able to get back on track. i think u need to first find out what led you to feeling this way and once you deal with that original issue, you may be able to re establisha hold on your life and get back on track. auh, u poor thing! how long have you been in councelling? how long have u felt this way? well i suggest that you DO NOT put pressure on yourself. just relax. all u need is to clear ur head , stick with a counceller u like and go with the flow. hope i helped. http://sensitive-psychoworld.blogspot.co... |
