I have chronic anemia. Need help with a herbal remedy that will help with fatigue, depression. any clues?

i am tired of being tired. While the doctors try to find a cause for my anemia, (scopes have ruled out GI.), i am constantly fighting fatique and depression secondary to the fatigue. Two blood transfusions made it so my crit is at 10.2, but im sure that by the time that they finally find the source i will be back down to 7.6. Is there any herbal remedy that will help me fight the fatigue and depression. if anyone knows of a answer would they let me know please..

thanks for any advice

Have you had your intestines checked out? For Crohns disease or for ulcerative colitis?

It sounds to be like you are losing blood somewhere if you constantly need to have transfusions.

My mom has these diseases and her hemaglobin dropped to 50, she could have died. She needed a transfusion but is undergoing tests to determine why and where she is losing the blood from.

I would just suggest you eat stuff with iron, like liver and red meat, and anything else...at least a few times a week. Look up iron rich foods and really see a nutritionist if you can who can guide you. Your doctor should be able to help you but I guess you are in the USA where unless you have money, you're sh*t out of luck when it comes to being properly cared for.

Look up "anemia" in your search engine and "diets for anemics" and see if there are any recommendations there. If you really thing herbs will help you then look up "herbal remedies for "anemia".

Good luck.
Frankly, while an herbal stimulant might give you a temporary boost, you need to think about what you're eating. Eating good proteins and foods rich in iron will do a lot more for you than an herbal remedy. Lean red meats, green and leafy vegetables are your best source. Supplemental drinks, such as Ensure, are used extensively to boost energy levels.
PE, medical education
Anemia is due to lack of variety in your diet, diet rich in iron and vitamin C,your meals must contain at least 65 mg of Vitamin C ( contained in yogurt and other cultured dairy products),your body must also produce as high as possible vitamin B12.
Transition to vegetarian & semi vegetarian diet, having high-fat and high protein to be avoided and your diet should be high-carbohydrate vegetarian diet,to improve your endurance level.
self
I have had depression and fatigue since I was in my 20's. I have been taking a supplement that has really helped me that you might want to try until they find out what is going on with you. I heard about it on Oprah and did some research on the web and I take it everyday now. I can't believe how much energy I have now. It really has made a difference in my life. If you want to know more let me know.

Good luck
