No one care abt me . All are leave me alone on this world . How can i live without anyone care abt me ?? Yesterday too some of my coworkers said am an mental patient....

Depression can be a debilitating disease, and unfortunately many people do not understand anything about it. You need to be under a Doctors care and most likely in therapy. You may loose many of your current friends due to ignorance, but the real friends will always be there. You may also find new friends in group therapy, support groups, etc.
Good Luck
Unfortunately, most people don't understand that depression is a physical illness caused by an imbalance of chemicals, etc in the brain. Even if you tell people this, they won't understand. I've even had my relatives tell me I would get better if I only trust in God. Are you seeing a psychiatrist? They can prescribe medication that will get you back in balance. That's what I am doing. Don't look on it as a failure. It is the same as seeing a doctor when you break your leg. It may take a while, but you will get better. You sound very very unhappy and desperate. If you feel at all suicidal, please seek help. Remember: Suicide is only a temporary answer to a permanent solution. I'm rooting for you. Been there and done that. My children would not have forgiven themselves if my attempt had succeeded.

Depression IS a mental illness. There is a difference between a psychiatric illness and a mental illness. We all at one time suffer a mental illness though our lives....there wouldnt be one person alive that hasnt suffered a bout of depression. The people who call you a mental patient are really showing how ignorant they are.

Have you thought about joining a group.....people who are in a similar situation to you. You will get all the caring and understanding you will need when you see that there are people just like you who are feeling lonely and alone. You will get a great deal of support in a group setting. You need to see your doctor or counsellor and ask are there any groups in your area. Sometimes one-on-one counselling doesnt help as much as group therapy.

You are not crazy....you will see you are just like thousands of other people out there who are suffering from depression. You just need to find a group in your area. Once you start talking to other people who are experiencing what you are experiencing you will feel a lot better about yourself. You will feel you are not alone. Give it a try....its not good being on your own when you are feeling this way. You are not alone...talk to your doctor, get the support you need, you will feel a lot better about yourself when you do. Ignore the jerks at work, they dont know what they are talking about.
A mental patient is someone who is a "patient" at a "mental" hospital. Since you say you were at work, I assume that is not true of you. Being treated for depression does not mean you are psychotic. It doesn't even mean that you are a psych patient. Depression affects millions of people. I would bet that some of your co-workers would qualify as clinically depressed. I take an anti depressant. I am a nurse, and I provide my patients with some of the best care. They don't know that I take an anti depressant, and as long as I care for them, they probably don't care. Tell your co-workers to blow it out their ***es.
All of us feel that way sometime. Try to have a session with a psychologist who can give you a CBT.(Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and also help you resolve your problem areas.

Psychiatric help and medicines can be bad or worse sometimes. Many antidepressants or antipsychotics have a lot of side effects, and you could land up in more troubles.

Ofcourse you can try Ayurveda medicines and yoga and meditation.(Your name sounds like an Indian. So I presume you must be having access to these).
They are idiots, thats why theyre like that. if theyd research your illness, just a little, theyd know that you werent a mental patient.
