I can't think properly and being irritated always. Getting angry often? Is it STREE / DEPRESSION ?

Thinking of accident often and irritation on all the things? Please help me to avoid all these things ? whether medication is necessary

Dear frnd, u need some relaxation for that u need to do is practise yoga or meditation. U r also undergoing fobia for unwanted reasons u take tensions n make the issues bigger. The only solution is listen good music, do something which u r interested in the most, go out with frienz, practise yoga n take good diet. These all will help u to keep ur body and mind constant and be happy. After doing all these if u still feel disturbed better to consult a good psychiatrist.
Yeah, I suspect you're suffering from depression. I used to be like you, now I'm on medication and feeling much better.
You need to make sure you eat on a regular schedule.. I call it Hangry (hunger + Anger)
