I've been feeling miserable for a very long time. Could I be addicted to depression? same as everyone else, i dont think u can be addicted but u could be depressed. go to the doctors and have a chat with them. depression is very common in people nowadays nope...impossible... i don't think you can be addicted to depression Hey mate... only a trained health professional can answer that. You can't be "addicted to depression" but you can have depression. I have been diagnosed with this illness and have been taking medication for a while... Though I truly believe now that you should not solely rely on medication but also trying to keep positive and seeing the positive things around you. I know this is not easy (belive me) it helps to have a support network around you, or someone to talk to... also I have been researching the benefits of omega 3's and depression check out www.vegepa.com and www.oprah.com for some more info. hope this helps as its not fun to do this on your own : ) www.vegepa.com and www.oprah.com i do know what you mean i have Been in the midst of depression for three years now and just when i think hey maybe i am getting better now it all hits me and comes back sometimes i think am i attention seeking do i like being depressed but at the same time i think if this were true i would be able to do something about it but i dont seem to be able to so in answer to your question no i dont think you can be addicted to it because if you were you would be able to stop being depressed and i dont know about you but i definitely cant stop being depressed i hope this helps xxx you might but why dont you take a break for a little while and relax |
