Not a free journal, but why don't you just start writing things down on notebook paper... Or find a journal online. ... Writing always helps me sort out my issues!
the closest thing to a "free journal" that i can come up with is a .99 notebook from walmart. good luck its good to write your feelings down. but at some point you should rip it up because anything u write can be read others.
