Lots of things going wrong in my life, im lonley depressed and less social, how do i ease my Depression? |
I just want to relax in my life, but i can't with all my problems. One of the best ways to deal with this without medication is to think about all the things in your life that are going good right now think of all the people in your life that make you happy and surround yourself around them and do some of the things that you love to do the most. Try as hard as you can to have a positive outlook. The more you dwell in your self pitty the deeper your depression will become. Good luck and smiles from me to you! see your doctor and ask for an anti-depressant start writing; work through your feelings listen to music; write music force yourself to go out with your friends once in awhile get a pet dog or cat volunteer at a homeless shelter, old folks home, or literacy program see a shrink join a support group for whatever problems you have reunite with some old friends try something new Try to do this with out medication. Some people really do need it, but a lot of the time you can work through depression on your own. Different things work for different people. I recommend looking at this in a positive light. You are full of emotion. Make the best of it. A lot of the best music, writing, and art were all done when the artist was full of emotion, and a lot of times that was depression. Frida Kahlo had a really hard life and her paintings are like a visual diary into her mind. Poetry and song lyrics are often about a sad time in the songwriter鈥檚 life or a loss. The blue are singing about the hard times. Country music often sings if the one that got away. The possibilities are endless. If art isn鈥檛 your thing then think about getting a hobby. Maybe a sport. Exercise does releases natural endorphins. When I get down I like to draw and write poetry. Take that negative energy and try to make something beautiful out of it. |
