What exactly does the B12 shot do?I've Had two,spaced out over 2 months.I was under deep depression.Coming out


Under deep depression.Now recovering.Will B12 shot, once a wk. be good? What effects does it have?

I believe that B-12 is used to boost the immune system. I remember my father having B-12 shots when he began his cancer treatment years ago. I'd suggest checking out Web MD for more details, though, as I'm not a medical professional. Good luck with your recovery.
