People ponder: can anything be done if there is no one to talk when being hit by strong waves of depression? |
knitting maybe? 1st of all there is ALWAYS someone to talk to. Join a club, socialize. If your that depressed go seek a therapist, atleast contact someone via phone, join message boards, try to get a therapist so you can talk in person. In your free time do a little journaling. Yes, take up a hobby to stay busy, get a pet~anything.....dog, cat or bird Exercise. Even just taking a walk outside getting fresh air will help you. Eat a well-balanced meal, take vitamins, go talk w/your doctor. You can alwlays talk to our loving kind Heavenly Father. God loves you, and you are precious to Him. In the Beginning God created heavens and earth. God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy. God gives you water to drink and food to eat. God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live. God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation. Jesus鈥?love is boundless and everlasting. We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus. Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future! (Please must visit: www.spiritlessons.com) Bible, the guide to Heaven, the handbook for living. i found that finding something challenging to the mind seemed to work for me - so i started playing spades online after not even attempting to play that game for about 25 years - made me concentrate on something other than what was bothering me - and though my hands would sweat and i would nervous that i would make a wrong move - i had fun ! - and now i am better at spades - and the alone times are a lot fewer go out and take a walk or go for a run or go to the beach, get away from situation and experience nature you will come back refreshed with a new outlook on life also writing in a dairy helps Pray and then walk around the house or block. Prayers connect us with holy and noble ideals outside of our minds for direction/a way out of confusion. Walking pumps oxygen to rejuvenate body and rid of nervous energy that makes us anxious and depressed. Afterward, it's better to seek counsel for longterm benefit. Hope you'll find the best way works for you. this is a very good ?.. i dont know what to say because i suffer form depression very bad. i had times that this wave has hit very hard and there is nothing to do when there is no body to talk to. talking helps sometimes but not all the time.the drepresson meds that the so called doctors put people on sometimes helps but the meds are just a cover up. people with a depresson state will for ever have this and no meds or anything can cure it. the only way they can do anything is to help your self in ways you know how. dont count on meds or people to try to get rid of this because it wont work. i have tried with meds talking and other things none of it helped. i am the one that is trying to controll it. once in a majior depressed state nothing will seem anything will help. you will feel like you and the entire world have benn lost to you. i am 28 had depresssion sence i was 10 or so. |
