What is the easiest way of overcoming depressions ?

There is no easy way of overcoming depression. Talking to people and getting support from friends helps.
If the depression has a specific cause, such as losing something or someone that was important to you, it will probably go away in time, but it may still help to get therapy.
If the depression is chronic, then you have a mood disorder, and you need help, such as medications and therapy. Good luck! Source(s): Former nurse
