Does anyone have a history of multiple depressions and actually getting beyond them and moving on with life?


Lots of people on this site say they are occasionally depressed or the like. I know someone that is intermittently depressed often but he hides it really well. Has anyone gotten beyond the problem permanently?

Depression is the lack of hope.
Medication releases more happy chemicals, but this may only get you to accept what your depressed about. Much like how they try to use coke to brain wash girls into being hookers,.. and the strippers who have to do a line before they get on stage.

You have to make some basic changes that go to your very core. I suggest the Holy Spirit. For it heals the soul. Yet as far as changeing old thought patterens,.. that takes reflection. A therepest can help you identify patterens. But you have to go to the very core, and not be pollitically correct about it. Maybe you can see that the things that depress you are ignorant learned behaviors from childish perceptions.
