I had a hysterectomy March 2005 and I still get killer hot flashes. My doctor says they go away within 1 year of the Hyst but he is wrong. The internet says 10 years. I have no solution just want to let you know that you ae not alone. With the cancer you can't take hormones even the herbal ones. My girlfriend gave up all caffeine but I can't do that.
